Automated sample changer
One of my recent projects at Gemini Technology Ltd.
During this project, I contributed through project management, detailed design, solving design challenges, research and calculations, selecting motors, and hands-on experience in wiring, in accordance with BS EN 60204-1:2018.
CAD and G-Code Training
I completed a two-day knowledge-sharing training programme at the Gemini machine shop.
The objective of the training was to design and manufacture a component with complex geometry by generating and importing G-code into the CNC machine. In addition, the session aimed to strengthen collaboration between the design and machine shop teams by applying Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) during the process, helping to identify potential manufacturing risks and improve design-for-manufacture considerations.

1. SolidWorks Projects and Designs
BOTTLE CAP-NIPPLE PRESSING
This project is mainly used for toilet cleaner bottle cap compilation with nipple. This design can be used for similar products with no or little modification.
TRAY CLEANER
A machine that is capable of clean cake trays by brushing it after the cake is disposed from the tray.
IN MOLD LABELLING
This machine was designed to label cups, bottles with molding.
PALLETIZING SYSTEM
This is a fully automated palletizing system with a conveyor, sensor, and pneumatic cylinders.
AUTOMATIC COLOR FILLING AND CAN SEALING MACHINE
This machine is able to fill containers with color and seal the can both automatically using suction cup, rotary pneumatic cylinder and proximity sensor.
A GARMENTS PAPER/TISSUE CUTTING MACHINE
This machine was designed to be able to automatically cut paper/tissue for garments industry in a predetermined shape and size.
AutoCan Electrical Circuit Designs
I have designed over-all control panel circuit including PLC, relay, terminal block, ACB, MC, VFD, RIO and parts of field devices like pressure transmitter, TK4S etc.
Catia Designs
I have worked with CATIA for several projects. I have worked on Catia V5 designs migrating to Catia V6 (DBDI process).
SCADA Designs
SCADA software is used for monitoring and control of field devices in industry, which allows modification by designers and programmers. I have designed SCADA pages. One sample SCADA page designed by me is demonstrated below.
PyroSim Projects
I have analyzed fire and smoke flow and propagation in PyroSim software.
